At Wonderful Way CIC, our projects provide both relevant subsistence and long-term recovery support for families and individuals living in poverty to help them get back on their feet through our ' Poverty alleviation and intervention programme'. This is achieved through some key sub-projects across deprived communities in the United Kingdom. (Company Registered No: 13498677)

We presently deliver these key sub-projects for poverty alleviation and intervention programme across deprived communities in the UK:


  • Employment support programme for individuals and families that are economically inactive.
  • Money Management Support programme for individuals and families that are living in poverty / facing financial difficulties.
  • Financial literacy programme for pupils in educational system.
  • Food and toiletries support towards cost of living.

Employment support Programme

We provide employment support workshops for individuals who have been out of work and looking to get back into employment, or looking to change their career paths for employment sustainability.

Our employment support programme is designed to provide tools and resources for individuals that are in search of a job and for individuals that would like to progress in their respective career.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT DRIVE

The career development drive workshop is a 90 minutes workshop delivered for individuals across communities in the United Kingdom, working towards a career change, career progress, job opportunities for higher position and leadership role. Our career development drive is designed to help individuals become valuable, prepare and position for a fulfilling desired career.

RETURN TO WORK SCHEME

The return to work scheme is a four weeks employability programme delivered for individual living in deprived communities across United Kingdom and are seeking employment after a career break or looking to apply for their first ever job to be positioned for employability.

The scheme facilitates CV writing, Interview preparation, career development assessment and employment training as well as offer coaching sessions both in 1-2-1 and group.
How?

 After an initial assessment workshop, participants commences on working on their CV's, applying for jobs or being directed to relevant training required for being employable.

Money Management Support & Financial Literacy in Education


We facilitate tailored money management support and financial literacy programme for Pupils in education. This is to educate, empower children, young people and families; with an over all objective of alleviating poverty in deprived communities across United Kingdom.


 Our money management masterclasses and financial literacy bootcamps explores different aspects of money, creates awareness on challenging money behavioural patterns and provide sustainable resolutions for financial and money difficulties.

We currently run a Financial Management Masterclass for individuals, families and organisations in communities across United Kingdom. 
This is a free masterclass that makes managing money easy & effective. The Financial Management Masterclass that runs over 6 weeks.
Delegates commitment throughout the 6 weeks sessions is mandatory.

Freshers Financial Bootcamp for young adults 16+

We facilitate Freshers Financial Bootcamp for 16+ in education This is delivered for individuals living in communities across United Kingdom.

 Mini Money Management Bootcamp for KS1 & KS2 Pupils

 We facilitate a mini money management boot camp for young KS1 and KS2 pupils. This is delivered in schools and libraries across United Kingdom.

Food and Toiletries Support



We provide VOUCHER towards FOOD AND TOILETRIES support for delegates enrolled on our poverty alleviation and intervention programme. This could be any workshop, coaching sessions or masterclass from our 'Money Management support' , 'Employment Support'. Evidence of facing financial difficulties due to unemployment, insufficient income or non-source of income will be considered for food and toiletries VOUCHER. Our food parcels and toiletries support takes equality into consideration of its service.
